We rented a 12 pass van this past weekend and it was dirty inside and outside. We were taking relatives to a wedding upstate and was embarrassed by the vans condition when we picked them up. Seats stained, build up grim on the doors handles and panels, They do not clean the inside of this van for some time, they offered to clean it but would take some time and we had to travel a few hundred miles so we could not take the cleaning offer, they discounted the van by 10% but stil......
I found myself in a unique situation. I have rented from Enterprise on many occasions but this one was certainly different. The service and the professionalism that were demonstrated by the staff at the Wappinger Falls New York Branch was immaculate. My emotion was drained by a crisis that I am going through, and the Staff unknowingly ministered to my emotional need. Brian was wonderful. Chin was kind and empathetic as he drove me home and picked me up for another rental. I was also invited to be a part of a office photo, that at first I was reluctant, but the kind gestures of the staff and Human Resource personnel drew me into the picture, and brought out a smile out of me, and that was therapeutic. Many thanks to a staff that demonstrated that it is more than renting a car but sincerely ministering to another human being.
People were nice
Fast prompt service. I had to rent a car for going on 3 weeks now. The Enterprise staff at the Wappingers location was able to accommodate me each of the 3 times I have showed up to the site before open hours and upgrading my vehicle at no extra charge. Definitely my go-to car rental location in Wappingers Falls.
Always great service. Attentive and respectful. My car is ready as promised, the counter employees walk me out to the car, do a walk around and set up my Bluetooth if I'm having a problem. I'm not sure there's anything else to ask for.
Great atmosphere when you first walk in you are greeted with a smile. Professional and friendly. Definitely not my last visit to this Enterprise location. I loved my rental! Thank you, Patrick!:)
