Run down and gross! More than half the headphone jacks don't work and barely any channels come in clearly. Also, the tanning beds have major dust in the fan's and around the beds. GROSS!
They have great staff and always clean . They have one gentlemen that is young but always have a smile , always greet you and always tell you have a great day . I hope he gets recognize for being a great worker . I wish there were more people like him .
Girls behind counter ok I guess. But management cheaper out in lnes TV's installation. Half the main floor TV's don't get real stations. Staff tells me nice chewed the TV cables. Yuk. And it's been dysfunctional for months.
Have been a member here for 4+ years. The management is great and staff is so friendly. They always keep the gym so clean and tidy. By far the best gym i've ever been to!
I wanted to bring my sons with me to get them into fitness. While they are old enough to get in the girl at the front refuses to except birth certificates as a form of identification. She expects a fourteen and fifteen year old to have photo identification. I find it hilarious that I can get them on an airplane and into a foreign country on a cruise boat with a birth certificate but not a sub par gym. Called two other franchises and they both said no problem but the girl at the front of this club who will not let me speak with a manager obviously has very strict standards beyond her pay grade, ain't nothing getting by her! Will not be returning to this location a few of the employees have bad attitudes.
