Used to have a great staff... I don't know what happened. I have been shopping there since I bought our home 10 yrs ago, actually prior to that we used them for commercial contracts. (Can't tell you the thousands we spent there) Last 2 experiences we felt staff couldn't be bothered, and last time I called the sales person was actually rude so I didn't place my order. Next stop Benjamin Moore.
