Years ago my daughter had an accident on the evening of her senior prom. Shortly afterwards my insurance company dropped us. I had to go work so I had my daughter call and she got Alan just before just before closing. He spent over an hour with her on the phone searching until he found us coverage. Recently with insurance hikes Nikki began looking for lower rates way before my policy term ended and had left me several messages. I am honestly impressed with their service and commitment to their customers. Their logo should read Kaplan Insurance "The go -to people ".
Kaplan made adding a young adult to our policy a smooth process. They were also the only ones who offered the lowest cost for the same coverage as other insurance companies. It was easy communicating with the agent via email and it made the process go that much faster.
